The hair in our Virgin range is chemically processed to create its texture.

• Virgin hair, 100g per bundle
• Minimal shedding, minimal flyaways
• When heat styling, use a heat protectant and the lowest effective heat setting. Avoid repeated passes.
• How long the hair lasts depends on wear, care and any heat or colour treatments.

Allow up to 7 working days for processing before dispatch. Delivery time is additional and depends on the service and destination selected at checkout.

We currently ship within the UK only. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Free collection from MidasTouch Studios, Unit 1, 28–29 Tenby Street, Birmingham, B1 3EE, is usually ready in 5 days. Wait for your ready-for-pickup email before visiting, and bring your confirmation email and ID.

For a change-of-mind return, contact sales@midasluxehair.com within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You may open the outer packaging and gently inspect the hair. Opening the packaging does not automatically remove your return rights; excessive handling may lead to a deduction reflecting actual lost value.

You pay change-of-mind return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we cover reasonable return costs. Read our full returns policy for refund timing and your statutory rights.
