For a change-of-mind return, contact sales@midasluxehair.com within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You may open the outer packaging and gently inspect the hair. Opening the packaging does not automatically remove your return rights; excessive handling may lead to a deduction reflecting actual lost value.
