Returns and refunds

We want you to feel confident about your Midas Luxe purchase.

You can cancel your online order without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it. Email sales@midasluxehair.com with your decision and, if available, your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Inspecting your hair

You may open the outer packaging and gently feel and inspect the hair to check its colour, texture and quality.

Please keep the bundle ties and tags attached where possible while inspecting. Before deciding to keep the hair, please avoid installing, washing, colouring, cutting, heat-styling or applying products to it.

Opening the outer packaging does not automatically prevent a return. However, if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the hair reduces its value, we may deduct that loss from your refund. We will explain any deduction.

Returning your order

You are responsible for return postage when changing your mind. Please package the hair securely and keep proof of posting.

Refunds

We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

When you cancel your entire order, we also refund our standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact sales@midasluxehair.com so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. We cover reasonable return costs in these cases.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Model cancellation form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel your contract. You can copy it into an email to sales@midasluxehair.com or print and post it. Using this form is optional: any clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient.
